Who we are

Larkspur Relay is a small business based in New York. We help local businesses like roofers and med spas follow up with their customers by text message.

What we collect on this website

We use a simple visitor counter from Vercel. It tells us how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and it does not track you across other sites.

If you book a demo, you do that on Google Calendar. Google collects your name and email for the booking. We see that info so we can hold the call.

If you email us, we keep your email so we can reply.

Texts we send for our clients

Our clients are local businesses. They give us contact info for people who already called them, asked for a quote, or were a customer before. We send texts to those people on the business's behalf.

We only text people who already had contact with that business. We do not buy lists. We do not text strangers.

Every text says which business it is from. Anyone can reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting them.

For med spas, we never put treatment details in a text. We only send simple appointment info, like a date and time.

How we protect the data

We keep contact info only as long as we need it to do the work. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except the tools we use to send texts and book appointments.

If you want your info removed, email us and we will remove it.
